In an early music career spanning decades, Sue has acquired rich stores of knowledge, formidable skills, and a passion for communicating with audiences.

Carney is best known for her work at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF); and as co-creator of the award-winning Terra Nova Consort, an ensemble exploring the roots of today’s world music.
