Membership and Purchasing
1. How soon will my listing go up?
Usually, within a few hours after we receive payment. However, please allow 1 or 2 days.
2. What if I want to change information in my listing?
Go to the artist resources page, log in, and change away!
3. I signed up, but can't afford to pay right now. What can I do?
We will hold your information for a few weeks. Simply email us (include the act name) when you are ready, and we'll send you a link to the payment page.
4. REFUND POLICY - What if I change my mind after purchasing?
Once your listing is created and uploaded to our database, you have one full week to ask for a refund. We will not issue refunds after that time.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
Concertsinyourhome.com will not sell or share your private information with outside parties.
6. How does the lifetime upgrade work?
You pay the additional $18 one time only, and it renews yearly when you pay for your membership.
7. What if I don't get any gigs?
CIYH is dedicated to creating opportunities and interest, but we are not a booking agency.
Your bookings will be a direct result of your appeal to this market, your ability to turn someone's interest into a gig, and your ability to go where the opportunities present themselves.
